This website is operated by Relief Pro ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you browse our store at thereliefpro.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

Our products

Our products are personal massage and warming devices for comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always follow the instructions and safety information supplied with your device, and speak to a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, an implant, are pregnant or have recently had surgery.

We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from images.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time before you order. Standard shipping is free. Any taxes, duties or optional express shipping costs that can be calculated are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, in which case we refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns are covered in our Refund policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Warranty

Every device comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, email support@thereliefpro.com with your order number and a description or photo of the problem.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by using a product other than as instructed. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
