Every Relief Pro device comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered

Manufacturing faults that stop the device working as described.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

How to claim

Email support@thereliefpro.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video if you can. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
