Which massager is right for me?
Start with the area you want to focus on. The shiatsu massager is for the neck and upper shoulders, the wraps are for knees, a shoulder or wrists, and the percussion massager is handheld for larger muscles like the back, thighs and calves.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email support@thereliefpro.com with your order number. Items should be complete and in their original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and you'll get a tracking link by email. Delivery options and times for your address are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver to you and what it costs.
Is it safe to use with a medical condition?
Our devices are for personal comfort and are not medical devices. If you are pregnant, have an implant such as a pacemaker, reduced sensation, circulation problems or recent surgery, please check with your doctor before use. Stop using the device if you feel discomfort.
How long should I use it for?
Most people use their device for around 15 minutes at a time. Follow the instructions in the manual for your specific device.
Is there a warranty?
Every device has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Email support@thereliefpro.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.
