Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free with tracking to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. UK customers can also choose paid express delivery at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe. The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Some items ship from a US warehouse and can arrive sooner in the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods or because of customs checks.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country and order, import duties or taxes may apply. Where they can be collected at checkout, they're shown before you pay. Any charges not collected at checkout are payable by the customer on delivery.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email support@thereliefpro.com with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please check your address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
